The day will cover a range of topics for growers from an introduction to produce safety to how to develop a farm food safety plan.
Participants will receive a certificate of completion for participation in training. This certificate is proof of participation in the FSMA Produce Safety Rule required training for qualified farms and also serves as proof of educational training required annually for farms complying with a third party audit.
