|Description:||Everyone has the capacity to lead. However, the ability to convey the leadership message takes skill and a clear understanding of how a multi-faceted communications approach can have a positive impact on others. More importantly, this skill is developed over time as a leader expands their realm of experience and influence. This course introduces youth to communication and its importance to leadership, as well as allows them to create personal leadership messages they can apply to their own leadership roles. Earn a badge in Leadership and Personal Development upon completion. This course is scheduled for every Monday in October (Oct. 5, 12, 19, 26) from 7:00-8:30 pm. Youth will log-in once a week for a face-to-face session with the instructor and then complete assignments offline.
