Today’s water and wastewater utility supervisors are expected to motivate, understand, advise, and lead their teams to new expectations. Supervisors are required to fully understand all technical and compliance obligations while efficiently evaluating staffing, recording progress, and preparing/updating emergency response plans. Proper communication with both peers and subordinates plays a critical role in each of these tasks

This interactive, live instructor led course, will touch on strategies for improving speaking, writing and listening skills while balancing the day-to-day operational demands that utility supervision requires.
