Description:

From Hive to Honey - An Intro to Honeybees & Beekeeping.This class will cover the European honeybee.
Topics will include, but are not limited to: Biology of the colony, The role of the beekeeper, Harvesting honey & other hive products, and What you can do to support pollinators. Cost of the course is $5. Registration is required.
The class will be taught by Jen Sawyer Caraballo, ANR Program Associate.
