Description:
This program is designed to provide attendees with communication skills that will help them to get the most out of their relationships with peers, bosses, team members and those who report to them. It will cover how to give effective feedback, use stories in persuasive speech, use communication in collaborative settings and foster collaboration among team leads, and address conflicts and challenging situations. This workshop equips participants with the essential skills, strategies, and frameworks necessary to communicate clearly, professionally and with respect, as well as the tools to navigate, address, and resolve conflicts constructively while fostering a positive environment for productive outcomes.
